Privacy Policy
AutoScore ("the app", "we", "us") is a driver-assist tool for gig drivers using the Uber Driver app. This policy explains what data AutoScore collects, why, how it's used, and how you can have it deleted. AutoScore is built and operated by Reffain.
1. Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive and store:
- Your name and email address, as provided by Google Sign-In
- A unique account ID assigned by Firebase Authentication
This is used solely to identify your account, your wallet, and your transaction history.
2. Device identifier
We read your device's Android ID (a non-resettable-by-us, per-device identifier) once, at sign-up, purely to prevent a single device from claiming our new-driver promotional wallet credit more than once under different Google accounts. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking you across apps or the web.
3. Wallet & payment data
We store, tied to your account:
- Your wallet balance
- A history of transactions (amount, date, and type — e.g. daily access charge or top-up), for your own "Recent Transactions" view
We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, or bank details. Top-ups are processed entirely by Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment processor, in your device's browser — outside the app. AutoScore only ever receives confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the amount.
4. Ride-offer data — read on-screen, never stored or transmitted
This is the part most worth reading. AutoScore uses Android's
Accessibility Service and Notification Access APIs for one narrow purpose: reading the
fare, estimated time, and distance shown on a ride offer from the Uber Driver app
(package com.ubercab.driver) — nothing else, from no other app.
Specifically:
- We only ever read screen content or notifications originating from the Uber Driver app itself — every other app's content and notifications are ignored outright, filtered by package name before anything is read.
- We extract exactly three numbers: fare, estimated trip time, and distance.
- That data is processed entirely on your device, to compute whether the offer is worth taking and show you a colored bar. It is never sent to, or stored on, any server we operate — not Firestore, not any log we keep, nothing.
- We never see your Uber account, your Uber login, or any other content in the Uber app (chat messages, passenger details, navigation, etc.).
- The only exception: if you personally tap "Share Diagnostic Log" in Settings to help us debug a problem, a log file already sitting on your device is shared via your own device's share sheet, at your explicit action — we don't collect this automatically or remotely.
5. Who we share data with
| Service | What they get | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions) | Account info, wallet balance, transaction history | Runs sign-in and stores your wallet |
| Razorpay | Payment amount, your name/email (for the payment page only) | Processes your top-up payment |
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
6. Data retention & deletion
Account and wallet data is kept as long as your account exists. Ride-offer content is never retained in the first place — it's discarded the moment it's processed.
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email muhammedrizwan303@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
7. Security
All data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Your wallet data is protected by Firestore security rules that restrict access to your own signed-in account only — not even AutoScore's own servers can read or modify your balance directly outside the specific, narrow operations described above.
8. Children's privacy
AutoScore is a professional tool for licensed rideshare drivers and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and notify active users in-app.
